At Unity Manual Osteopathy, we take the time to understand how your joints, muscles, fascia and movement patterns work together.

Each client gets a thorough assessment and individualized hands-on treatment. Zarko looks beyond the immediate symptom to understand what may be contributing to it.

With deep experience treating complex cases of pain, you're in right place.

How Manual Osteopathy Works

Manual osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that considers the body as an interconnected system.

Rather than focusing only on the area that hurts, we assess how joints, muscles, fascia and other structures may be contributing to restricted movement or pain.

Zarko is trained in the following manual osteopathic techniques that he may use during your appointment, depending on what your body needs:

1. Joint & Spinal Alignment
Manual corrections are used to restore alignment and mobility in joints, including the neck, shoulders, ribs, pelvis, and hips (without forceful snapping or cracking).

3. Visceral Treatment
Gentle manual techniques may be used to assess and address restrictions involving the connective tissues surrounding the abdominal organs.

2. Fascial & Soft Tissue Release
Hands-on techniques address restrictions and tension within muscles, fascia and connective tissue. The source of a problem may be located away from the pain.

4. Craniosacral Techniques
Precise fascia corrections involving the head, spine and sacrum may be incorporated as part of a broader whole-body assessment and treatment approach.

Meet Zarko

Manual Osteopath, Clinic Owner, Advanced Fascial Release Educator

I believe the body functions as an interconnected system. Pain is often a symptom of deeper dysfunction rather than the problem itself.

My approach is to look beyond where it hurts, identify the root cause, and restore balance through gentle, hands-on treatment tailored to each individual.

I bring nearly two decades of clinical experience, and I've had the privilege of teaching therapists about body mechanics, fascial release, and bone and joint alignment for nearly ten years.

I aim to provide compassionate and inclusive care to help people move better, feel better, and return to the activities they love.
