It's been a beautiful week and with the arrival of spring, many of us are getting back outside and increasing our activity levels after the winter months.
As you ease into walking, running, or other outdoor activities, be mindful of lingering ice on pathways and uneven ground. These can pose a risk for slips and strains. It’s also a good time to reintroduce a simple stretching routine before and after activity. Even a few minutes can help reduce the risk of injury:
